Membership Terms and Conditions of SMEbig

 

1. Name of Service

This service is officially named “SMEbig AI Branding Membership Service” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”).

2. Mission and Purpose

The Service is dedicated to assisting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in overcoming resource limitations by leveraging AI marketing technology and a global network of professional consultants to accelerate brand positioning, data-driven marketing, and cross-border expansion—fulfilling the vision that “every small business can rise to fame and transform into a great brand.”

3. Membership Enrollment

Membership requires registration, completion of the application form, and payment of applicable fees.
All payments are non-refundable, except as permitted under the 7-day trial period stipulated by consumer protection laws.

4. Membership Benefits

Members are entitled to:

  • AI + Human Consulting Services: Including SMEbig brand agents, group consultations, and one-on-one advisory sessions.
  • Learning Resources: Access to video courses, toolkits, marketing articles, and annual industry reports.
  • Exclusive Member Events: Participation in members-only networking or training activities.
  • Account Use: Membership accounts are strictly for personal or internal corporate use and may not be lent, resold, or shared.

5. Value-Added and Extended Services (Subject to Review)

Members may apply for:

  • On-site consulting services or
  • Additional consulting hours as an add-on purchase.

All such applications are subject to prior approval.

6. Privacy and Security

The platform employs SSL encryption and enterprise-grade cybersecurity protocols, in compliance with personal data protection regulations.
Member data is used solely for service provision and membership management and will not be disclosed without authorization.

7. Flexibility and Termination of Membership (Subject to Review)

  • Trial Period: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, online purchases include a 7-day trial period, with optional pre-payment trial access.
  • Transfer: Memberships are non-transferable but may be reassigned to affiliated companies upon review and approval.
  • Conversion: Unused portions of services may be converted or credited toward other services upon approval.
  • Termination: The Service reserves the right to terminate membership in cases of rule violations, misuse, or unlawful activity.

8. Member Obligations

  • Confidentiality: Members must not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any consulting or learning materials without authorization.
  • Intellectual Property: All materials, videos, and tools are the property of the Company and may not be used for commercial purposes without consent.
  • Account Restriction: Accounts are for individual or internal company use only. Violations constitute a material breach.

9. Violations and Termination of Membership

The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or revoke membership without refund in cases of:

  • Serious breach of platform terms or service agreements.
  • Unauthorized resale, rental, or lending of accounts.
  • Illegal acts or malicious misuse of resources.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, public use, or sale of Company materials.

10. Supplementary Provisions

For any matters not specified herein, relevant internal regulations and applicable laws shall apply.
The Company reserves the final right of interpretation, modification, and decision regarding all services, activities, and promotional content.
The Company may, due to operational, legal, or other necessary reasons, amend, suspend, or terminate the Service, with such changes taking effect upon public announcement or notification.
Members must comply with the latest published terms and may not claim ignorance as an excuse.
The terms in effect at the time of signing shall govern the execution of this agreement.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in good faith in accordance with commercial practices.
If litigation becomes necessary, both parties agree to submit to the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.
